JENNA PARK ADLER
"You have to color outside the lines once in awhile if you want to make your life a masterpiece."
– ALBERT EINSTEIN
As a Korean-American woman who was CAA’s first homegrown female music agent, Jenna has had to – and continues to – fight for her seat at the table. Long a trailblazer in the traditionally male-dominated music industry, she is also deeply committed to the AAPI movement. As a Music Agent at leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA), she represents many of the industry’s leading artists, including Jennifer Lopez, Doja Cat, Charli XCX, Green Day, Chloe x Halle, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and has played a pivotal role in bringing in top talent to the agency, including Beyonce and her Parkwood Entertainment.
Jenna is known for her distinct ability to both support the careers of some of the world’s most renowned artists, and discover and nurture young talent. Recently, she helped guide Green Day’s worldwide “Hella Mega Tour,” featuring Green Day, Fall Out Boy and Weezer; orchestrated Jennifer Lopez’s record-breaking Las Vegas residency, as well as Ms. Lopez’ inaugural solo headline summer tour “It’s My Party 2019.”
Identifying and amplifying developing talent put Jenna at the forefront of numerous client successes in recent years; she oversaw the massive success and mainstream breakout of Doja Cat and played a pivotal role in Chloe x Halle’s breakout year. She has been named a Pollstar Woman of Live, and has been a Billboard Women in Music honoree multiple times.
As a mentor to rising agents and executives, Jenna dedicates herself to ensuring that the next generation of diverse talent knows how to make their voices heard, especially in rooms where they might not look like everybody else.
Jenna is the proud mother of two sons, and instilled in them the importance of having an opinion, asking questions, and being kind.
